Hello, I’m Joe, 29 years young, I live in the commune of Junglinster.
My pathway began in 2014 with the introduction to classic bodybuilding. This helped me to get an understanding of the human anatomy, and to get a certain logik in structuring workouts.
After 5years of bodybuilding I realized that, from a functional perspective, it wasn’t doing any good to my body, so I switched over to functional training.
 
2020 i absolved a training course to become a nutritionist. Because nutrition is a fundamental brick of a healthy and dynamic body.
 
2022 i decided to become a Personal Trainer. As a Personal Trainer I stand by your side on the way to your goal. Whether you feel pain, want to improve your flexibility, want to build strength, lose or gain weight or just want to (re)discover having fun while being active.
